[ PMC ] Multiplayer Help

What you need in our multiplayer games?

You'll need BattleCom to Voice Communicate with our guys, Roger Wilco is also nice but somehow we have been getting better results with the clearer sound and compatibility of more games in battlecom. Also in Rogue Spear we use nowadays NATO3 and PMC Mod, you better have these installed to get in.

Leech ftp://ftp.shadowfactor.com/pub/free/bfc_client_v131.exe and configure it as follows.
Settings -> Properties -> GameLink:
        Enable GameLink: yes
Add ->
         Name of Game: Rogue Spear: Urban Ops
         Window Name: Rogue Spear
          Plug-in Type: Game normally mutes external programs.
          Plug-in Delay: 3000
Advanced ->
           Priority Control
           Base: -> HIGH
           Boost: -> HIGH
and you'll done. We have only lately been using the new version with urban ops, but one would think that it works nicely on other games as well.

Rogue Spear: Urban Operations
Download http://armm.rainbowsix.net/files/nato_v300_installer_for_uo.exe and also you need our own mod,
http://pmc1984.com/misc/PMC_UrbanMod.zip install both to your mods directory, then activate them and disable the primary & secondary items.

Fleet Command
Current update is now v1.2 and it can be downloaded here:
ftp://ftp.ea.com/pub/janes/patches/fleet/FleetCommandUpdateE.exe install it over the original fc, then download
http://www.minotaur.f9.co.uk/wdp/files/wdp.zip and install it (needs fc v1.2).

Janes F/A-18

If using Roger Wilco as voice comms, make these setups for it:
Put these two lines in your games.txt file.
"Janes F18" "Jane's F/A 18" 1 3000
"Jane's F18" "F18" 1 3000
Adjust -> Config -> CPU priority: HIGH

Janes Longbow 2
Update for longbow 2 can be found here; ftp://ftp.ea.com/pub/janes/patches/longbow_2/lb2209e.exe and the Direct3d patch from the link of ftp://ftp.ea.com/pub/janes/patches/longbow_2/lb2_ddu.exe install the d3d patch
only if you are not using 3dfx voodoo (glide) card.

Janes 688i Hunter/Killer
