August, 1999. Release toughts

PC-TOP (c) All Rights Reserved 1993-1999. release date: 08-01-99. Oh boy, we are in downslope by the terms of memberboards :) TWO PC-TOP boards are down... one for good and one just I cannot connect. So current top was created just with the datas from two active boards. Anyway 70 releases are now behind and we are still going, no end in sight. if you like your board to be part of the oldest and the only uploader chart of telnet scene, please visit our web pages for details of joining PC-TOP.
