April, 1998. Release toughts

PC-TOP (c) All Rights Reserved 1993-1998. release date: 04-01-98. Average trading, not much, but some. I was just wondering will the summer bring the byte amounts down like it should do usually. Basically the bbs scene is at that state, that there is guys trading who would trade 'anyways', so we never know, maybe this pace will keep on going. GROUP NEWS: I'm planning on removing all those inactive *totally dead* groups from PC-TOP, like for example FOFT... I dont think many of those guys are still around, at least nobody have informed me about member changes for YEARS :) So in the next PC-TOP, there will only be active groups that inform me about their presence.
