September, 1993. Release toughts

PC-TOP release date: 09-01-93 Yeah, another PC-TOP release blasting off... Now you'll see that top-10 monthly uploader list as it should have been in the first place. But due the assembly parties etc we did put the list together so soon that all the monthly stuff was only from one week or so. Well nothing more to say... Just keep on trading guys! There are currently 11 boards and total of 279 users in the list. Snake Man, PCTOPHOST 09-01-93.
