November, 1993. Release toughts

PC-TOP release date: 11-01-93 Well this PC-TOP release is quite lame, because three boards was unable to get me those tiny xxx.DAT files... too bad for them. Who are those boards, well sysops will know, and IF you guys want to be on 12-01-93 release, contact me about this matter. So nothing much at this time, lets hope all goes well in next release!
